ACOMA, Wash. -- Police are looking for two men suspected in a series of takeover-style robberies at hotels and motels in Tacoma that were recorded by surveillance cameras.
Tacoma police said the men typically enter the building's lobby and then jump over the front desk counter and demand that the clerk give them money or 'they will kill them.' In some cases clerks were assaulted before the men fled.
The robberies were filmed by surveillance cameras, and some of the footage clearly shows one of the men who police describe as black, 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall, 25 to 30-years-old and wearing black gloves. In all of the robberies, one man wore a black puffy jacket with fur trim
